The Opportunity

Our client is a growing multi-hospital veterinary network in the Phoenix metro area seeking a full-time GP/Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their collaborative team. This is a growth position created to support a thriving practice focused on general practice, preventive care, urgent care, dentistry, and surgery - no specialty referral procedures required.

About the Practice

This is an established, growing network of hospitals across the Phoenix metro, each equipped with modern technology and strong support staff. The practice is fully paperless, runs a leading cloud-based practice management system, and maintains a healthy doctor-to-tech ratio with multiple assistants and technicians assigned daily. Relief support is utilized to cover gaps.

Average caseload runs roughly 15-25 appointments per day depending on location and shift. There are no on-call or after-hours expectations.

  • Competitive ProSal compensation, $150,000-$200,000+ depending on experience, schedule, and production plan - paid quarterly, with each doctor building their own targets

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
  • Active Arizona veterinary license
  • At least 2 years of experience preferred
  • Strong medical and surgical skills, plus dentistry experience
  • Excellent client communication
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, positive, and patient-focused
  • Willingness and ability to work closing shifts (8pm)
  • Nice-to-have: urgent care, ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, exotics, or leadership experience
