Per qualified DVM hire

$5,000

$1,000 Within 30 days of the DVM's start date

$4,000 Within 30 days after 6 months of continuous employment in good standing

If the DVM leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause before six months, the $4,000 isn't paid. The first $1,000 is yours either way.

What counts as a qualified referral

They hold an active DVM (or equivalent) credential.
They're hired by a Redbird client into a full-time or eligible part-time role.
They haven't applied to or spoken with Redbird in the last 12 months.
You submitted them before our team contacted them.
They confirm you as the referrer during the hiring process.

How it works

Submit the form with whatever contact info you have - even a name and rough role is enough.
We reach out to your colleague privately. No pressure, no hard sell.
If there's a fit, we match them to the right opportunity.
Once they're placed and hit the milestones, we pay you.
