Our client is a well-established rural mixed-animal practice in eastern Ohio seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join their collaborative team. In operation for over a decade, this practice serves a tri-state region (OH, PA, WV) and has built a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care across species.

About the Practice

This is a true mixed-animal practice offering a wide range of services across species:

• Small animal — wellness exams, dental care, surgery, and diagnostics
• Equine — lameness, reproduction, dentistry, ultrasound, and digital radiology
• Large animal / food animal — herd checks, vaccinations, reproductive services, dairy work, and small ruminants
• Mobile services — farm calls throughout the region alongside in-clinic appointments

The team includes multiple DVMs with diverse specialties — equine lameness and reproduction, acupuncture and chiropractic, dairy and small ruminants — alongside Registered Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and experienced support staff. You'll have mentorship, genuine collaboration, and caseload variety that most practices simply can't offer.

• Competitive salary $120,000–$160,000 based on experience, with PROSAL

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• Active or eligible Ohio veterinary license (PA and WV licensure a plus)
• Comfort or genuine interest in mixed-animal practice — willingness to learn across species
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients and patients
• Team-oriented attitude
• New graduates warmly welcomed — full mentorship provided
